This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away. The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking. The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks). Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building including this unit, in common areas such as the laundry and the pool area, and areas surrounding the building such as the parking area.
