Extra large private room , 25 min to Manhatan

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Want to feel like a real Brooklynites? Stay in our hip lovely townhouse ! This is a big room located in Bedford–Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. It takes only 25 min to get to Manhattan. You will be sharing this 3 floors house with me and 3 other guests. The building has been just renovated, but managed to keep its old charm. The space ✔the hugest from the rooms spacious with great light and the huge window ✔ Secure private bedroom with the locker ✔shared bathroom communal but you will not feel uncomfortable because two rooms on the 3 rd floor have the bathroom inside and guests do not use this one ✔ kitchen (where you can always grab some tea or coffee) We offer an easy self service check in, and respect your privacy. There will be other guests at the house, but there is no pressure to socialize. and the option to leave your luggage before check in or after check out to pick up later. As for the toiletries, you are getting everything you need - towels; toothbrushes and toothpaste; body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Guest access Backyard During your stay happy to answer any questions Other things to note ▪️Main rule of my home is "Leave it as you found it (or better)” Clean kitchen after you use it, turn off lights, don’t leave anything in shared spaces, etc. ▪️ communication is a key :) If you have any problems, questions or something happened (key not working, something broken, other guests bother you, or can't find something) send me message ASAP. (Please don’t bother neighbors) ▪️ Make sure that you close all doors downstairs behind you when you leave/come. ▪️No alcohol in the living room ▪️Please take off your shoes when you enter the apartment. ▪️No extra guests without approval ▪️We keep atmosphere of chill, calm and relax in my house. Quiet hours 10PM-10AM ▪️Don't forget to turn off the lights and AC when you go out (especially AC) ▪️Stay green and recycle. Here in New York, we try to keep the planet clean by separating our trash. There is a separate bin for metal, plastic, glass and one for everything else (under the sink) . Please put cardboard under the sink. ▪️ABSOLUTELY MUST ENJOY YOUR VISIT! :)
