This is a great location in one of the best neighbourhoods in Reykjavík, Laugardalur. There is a bus stop just outside the house that will take you downtown in 5 minutes. In under 5 minutes walking distance is a cafe, bakery, grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurant and one of Reykjaviks oldest swimming pool, Laugardalslaug. Laugardalur is very family friendly with plenty of green spaces and playgrounds in walking distance. The space This is a 1st floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and the living room doubles as the third bedroom since it has a sofa bed that can sleep two grown ups. Guest access There is a private entrance for the apartment. The apartment is all yours but we live upstairs.
