Step outside to your own waterfront oasis with approximately 260 feet of waterfront on a rare corner lot. Relax in the gazebo, gather around the fire pit, enjoy the sun deck and outdoor shower, or grab one of the included kayaks or paddleboards and head out on the water. There’s plenty of space for vehicles, boats and trailers, plus an RV hookup. The home is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family member can join the adventure. Rogers Park and its public boat launch are just a short walk away, making it easy to launch your boat and spend the day exploring the Weeki Wachee River and Gulf. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor living areas, including the screened porch, waterfront gazebo, sun deck, fire pit, outdoor shower and waterfront. Kayaks are available for guest use, along with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Weeki Wachee setting.
