The space PROPERTY DETAILS Located just a short walk from the Sunshine Coast's iconic Mooloolaba Beach and overlooking the shimmering tides of the canal, this apartment offers the perfect holiday escape for you and your group. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 3: 1 x Pullout Sofa PARKING There is parking for 1 vehicle in the building's driveway, with additional free street parking available. Please note that street parking can sometimes be busy. ACCESS The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via an internal staircase (14 steps). KEYS/ACCESS Your keys will be available in a lockbox at the apartment. The code for the lockbox will be sent to you prior to your arrival. BATHROOMS There are 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, vanity, and toilet. LAUNDRY The apartment has a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your use. Please note that we do NOT provide laundry detergent. DINING The interior dining table seats 6 guests, and the balcony has seating for 4 guests. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and more. COMFORT The apartment features an air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. START-UP SUPPLIES To help you settle in, we provide tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash, hair care products, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. After these are used, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is included as part of our Premium Linen Service, and we also provide beach towels for your convenience. PROPERTY RULES Please note, this property is NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any such requests, as we do not condone or wish to host these types of events. The property is also strictly NO smoking. When booking, we will ask for details about your group and your purpose for visiting the coast. We take great pride in our property and the well-being of our neighbours. If any complaints are received regarding parties, events, functions, or disturbances, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. This is a peaceful retreat best suited for families, friends, and small groups who seek a quiet, relaxing stay. CLEANING CHARGE The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell, additional cleaning and replacement costs will be charged.
