Your unforgettable escape starts here. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor and shares the buildings main door with another three apartments (which are second homes). The apartment itself has its private entrance and is exclusively for our guests along with the private garden and private garage. Guests can also use the big garden at the back of the house which belongs to the whole complex, a pretty space for kids and dogs to have a run! Other things to note Good to know before you arrive: In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax is payable on arrival along with extras like final cleaning fee (€90) and dog fee (€50 per stay) are settled on site. Heating for weekly and monthly stays are to be paid in according to consumption from October to April. We require a copy of ID or Passport on arrival (Italian law in order to register your stay).
