Sleeping four in two bedrooms, the idyllic holiday home is one of a set of converted farm buildings in rural Trewellwell. The charming character cottage has many appealing features include a cosy log burner, a sociable open-plan living area, and parking for three cars. You can enjoy a wealth of walks on your doorstep, while Solva – with its picturesque harbour – is just 1.5 miles away (a 5 min drive) The space Hallway With doors leading to the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner The spacious, inviting lounge features two comfy sofas, a smart TV and a cosy log burner – perfect for getting snug on the cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. And there is a dining table and chairs for four. Master bedroom The pretty master bedroom has a king-size bed, washbasin, bedside tables and an alcove with hanging space for clothes. Bedroom 2 Featuring a restful, coastal theme, this flexible room can be used as either a twin or double bedroom (the zip-link king-size bed can be split to make two single beds). It also has an alcove with hanging space for clothes. Bathroom With a toilet, washbasin, and shower over the bath. A washing machine/ drying machine is situated in cupboard with ironing board and hoover Outside There is a gravel area with a table and chairs, and parking for three cars. Plus, there is handy storage for your bicycles or kayaks (please contact our team for more information). Guest access The entire cottage and use of the surrounding grounds Other things to note The cottage does not have a secure garden for children or pets and has some steps leading up to the front door . Once inside the cottage is all on one level Please note that mobile phone signal in the area of the cottage is very patchy due to its location. The cottage does have fibre broadband internet that is provided for recreational and not for business use. Neither a minimum speed, unrestricted bandwidth nor uninterrupted provision of an internet access service can be guaranteed and We will be not be liable for any form of compensation or expenses claimed by any guest in respect of the provision of internet services or telephone services not being available or failing. This is a non-smoking property, both for guest comfort and to keep our cottage fresh. We also love to host your dogs but please do not leave them alone in the cottage or outside areas
