Cozy apartment & shared garden

This is an apartment in a house, it is well thought out for a family with 2 young children, like us ;) Beautiful view of the Belledonne & Grenoble chain with Balcony. Video projector, with large screen. Shaded and green garden, with several amenities for children (sandbox, hut, games...). The children's beds are 140*70 cm. Parking space in front of the house. We are close to the city center of Grenoble, public transport 10 min walk. The space Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions :) This is the home we live in. We make it available when we leave. The living room is open to the kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a 160 by 200 bed, very comfortable, and a children's bedroom, ideal with 2 children. The garden is of course accessible. There are many games available, Hammock... We hope you enjoy your stay in our cocoon. Access to walks can be done on foot from the house. Lakes are less than an hour's drive away. Possibility to rent our electric bikes, if available. Guest access The entrance is under the terrace through the gray door. Downstairs there is a communal washing machine. The apartment is accessible by stairs on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Please note that the beds in the children's room are not suitable for teenagers or adults. Their dimensions are 70 cm wide by 140 cm long. We have a chicken coop with 4 chickens. They provide eggs on a daily basis!
