Originally built in 1945, Figside Cottage is as charming as it is cozy, with all the amenities you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. You won't want to leave once you arrive, and you won't have to! 🐋 🦅 🌲 🌊 ✨ The space This private cottage has a primary bedroom plus a den with two twin beds. Access to the den is through the bedroom, making it the perfect space for families or friends who are comfortable being in close quarters. The living room couch also pulls out into a queen bed as an additional sleeping option. The kitchen is fully equipped to stay in and cook your own meals, and outside you will have sole access to a fully private deck with couches and a bbq. There is a staircase down to a ocean with chairs and tables to relax by the ocean. The staircase and oceanfront is a shared space and enjoyed by others on the property. Guest access There is private stair access to the ocean, which can be used by others staying on the property. It’s approximately 90 steps down to the water. Other things to note The property is probably not the best choice for families with very young children. The staircase to the water is steep and the deck is not fully enclosed/child safe. Guests will need to be able to navigate walking down a loose gravel driveway to get to the cottage. Not ideal for wheelchairs or walkers at this stage unfortunately.
