King room in a brilliantly located house

King room (with bathroom) in a large newly built house. You’ll have one bedroom and access to the living spaces and kitchen. We may be there as well - I’ll say if we will be when you request to book. The house is newly built and located within the beautiful fishing village of Lympstone, just a short walk to the river, train and several great pubs/restaurants. Other (double) rooms could be available, please ask if needed. The space Newly built four bedroom house in a quiet residential close, a short walk from the lovely village of Lympstone. Parking for several cars on the driveway and a good sized garden with patio and bbq. Guest access The majority of the house minus study, garage and three bedrooms (unless requested). With apologies, there is no access to the washer and drier (in the garage). Other things to note The house is in a quiet close with lovely neighbours. They are great but won’t appreciate noise late at night. This is our family home and was recently built therefore some things are not quite perfect (yet) - we’re getting there!
