The space Your Private Retreat – Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families Our spacious home has been thoughtfully designed with love to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for our guests. As you enter, you’ll find a large living room with a cozy sofa, TV, and dining table. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, and on the opposite side, a door leading to the pool area. Down the hallway, you’ll have access to the first half-bathroom. The four bedrooms are located along the hallway, along with a full bathroom. • The first bedroom features a bunk bed with a double bed below and a twin above, along with a desk and air conditioning. • The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds and air conditioning, ensuring privacy and comfort. • The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Outdoor Area Step outside to enjoy our 30 x 15 ft pool (8 ft deep), gazebo, and outdoor lounge area with a BBQ, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation. The property also offers parking for up to 4 vehicles and space for a trailer on the right side of the house. Please note that boat washing is not allowed on the property at this time, but rest assured, your boat and vehicle will be safe within our fully private and secure space. Unlike other rentals, this property is not shared—it’s exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy! Guest access Registered guests will have full access to the entire home, regardless of group size. Day visitors are allowed for an additional fee. The property is completely private and is not shared with any other guests or outside individuals. Located in the exclusive Ocean View community, this is a luxury neighborhood where residents highly value peace and privacy. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a serene and enjoyable stay for everyone. Other things to note At the moment, we do not have a backup generator or water cistern. While power and water interruptions are uncommon, they can happen. Please note that we are not responsible for any outages caused by LUMA or AAA service disruptions. Boat washing is not allowed on the property, but you are welcome to park your boat in our designated storage area for boats and large vehicles. Additionally, pool maintenance takes place every Wednesday morning to ensure it remains clean and ready for your enjoyment.
