The park (5,000 m²) offers beautiful views over the valley it overlooks. Recharge your batteries in the tranquility of its oak and fruit tree groves. A beautiful meadow extending from the property is grazed by ponies (April–November). One built around 1600, renovated in 2015-2020, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with an old fireplace and a dining room-kitchen; and a barn rebuilt in a contemporary "loft" style, which is not offered for rent. Very quiet and peaceful house environment, surrounded by meadows. Numerous walking trails, forests, rivers, lakes/recreation areas, manors, castles, abbeys, vineyards (Jasnières)... Close to the Bercé forest. Mountain bike trails, canoe/kayak rentals, possible excursions to the Loire Valley castles... Bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are provided. A special outlet (“Legrand Green’up”) is available outdoors for charging an electric vehicle.
