We are a pet friendly space and you may meet our resident cats, Atalla and Merlina, who are normally welcoming every guest. We are a social space. Our building has several private apartments including a common area on the first floor. Our common areas are an opportunity for you and other guests to interact with one another. Looking for privacy? Just walk up to your apartment and relax. We have a unique "Aparthotel" concept where you can find the privacy of an apartment with your own room, bathroom and kitchen. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to use the common areas such as the pool and rooftop terrace (opening July) to read a book, take some sun, enjoy a meal and/or meet another person on a similar note. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has the following amenities: 1) 1 fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and electric kettle. 2) One (1) bedroom with a double bed each and 1 bathroom with shower. 3) High speed Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. 4) Free street parking with 24/7 security cameras outside the building. NO GARAGE available. 5) FREE luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late. 6) To access the pool, the guest must walk through the first floor of the hostel or use a passage (alley) in the building. Guest access All guests* in the building has access to: 1) The pool (size 4x3 meters) and lounging area are on the first floor. The pool IS NOT for private use. 2) The terrace on the third floor (aprox 90 square-meters) with ocean views and magnificent view of Cerro Campana (Bell Mountain). OPENING JULY. 3) Self-Service Laundry * Pool, terrace and/or laundry availability is subject to guest arrival order, capacity and/or maintenance of the space. Other things to note The building has a quiet hours rule between 11 PM and 8AM. Pets are not allowed in the common areas. They must be with a leash at all times. Guests that break these rules, will have a fine of S/ 150.00 Soles automatically charged on their reservation.
