Accommodation with indoor pool and river view

Relax in this haven of peace! The space Encouraged by requests, we are opening our property located by the water labeled "Havre de Paix" for the European otter. Our accommodation is located on our property, an old mill, where you can take a walk. It has a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher), oven, stove and range hood) where there is a sofa bed for 2 children to sleep on. The separate bedroom has a 160 cm bed and overlooks a shower room. It has two terraces, one of which is by the water and not overlooked. We know how to be discreet but we will be happy to welcome and meet you. Located in a peaceful and bucolic village, we are close to all amenities (less than 5 km from shops, highway and train station). Intermarché 5 min. In the center of Orne, you can easily travel to many tourist sites: - Argentan and Ecouché, a medieval town of character less than 10 minutes away. - Haras du Pin 20 minutes away - 15 min from Falaise (William the Conqueror's castle and museums) - 45 m from Caen (Memorial, castle etc.) - 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches - 30 minutes from Rustik Park - 40 min to Suisses Normande - 30 minutes from the Camembert Route and the Auge region A little surprise will await our guests! Looking forward to meeting you! Guest access The indoor pool, heated (between 26 and 28° depending on outside temperatures), is private and reserved for tenants. People outside the rental are not allowed. It is open from April 7 to November 2. The accommodation is limited to 3 people, including children over 2 years old. Other things to note Children must remain under the supervision of their parents, especially near the river and the pool. The accommodation is not suitable for 4 people, the sofa bed is preferable for children. The private pool is heated between 26 and 29° (depending on outside temperatures), on opening dates. It is strictly forbidden to cover the windows (with sheets, towels, tarpaulins, etc.) of the room where the pool is located. People outside the rental are not allowed on the site. Our property is not equipped and sized for charging electric cars.
