Subletting my freshly painted 10x10ft bedroom May 28-August 19. You would be sharing the full bathroom and other common areas with my friend and housemate, Alex. The room is in a pet and smoke free comfy, clean, and spacious 2bdrm house with spacious shared living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, and in-unit washer and dryer. It's on a quiet block near all the shops and restaurants on College Avenue in the Rockridge District. Central location, plenty of free street parking.
