A second floor flat located centrally in a quiet cul de sac with stunning views over the bay. Mountains behind and sea below. it's own private access via internal stairs. Four minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and coves everywhere. Catch an old steam train around the Bay to Cape Town or drive through Cape Point Nature Reserve to the Cape of Good Hope. Parking immediately below the flat. The space The entrance is separate from the rest of the house via a security gate and then a door leading to internal steps up into the flat. There is a spacious living and sleeping area with a balcony overlooking the town below with it's yacht basin and naval port. Beyond you look across False Bay with it's magnificent Hottentot Hollands mountains on the far side. The flat has an extra length queen-sized bed with duvet bedding. The lounge area has comfortable easy chairs and there is a small dining table for two. There are ample shelves and drawers and a built-in wardrobe with hanging space. A separate work table is placed by the window so you can dream of being out sailing on the bay while plugging away on your computer. highspeed Wifi is provided. There is also a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming Aps. The kitchen is provided with all necessaries including fridge,two plate stove,airfryer and microwave. There is no washing machine as guests are exoected to use the nearby launderies in the town main street for their personal washing. The bathroom has toilet, hand basin and shower. Other things to note We are lucky to have our home in a very windfree enclave. Towns and villages on the False Bay coast tend to get the worst of the strong summer south easterly wind. Our quiet cul de sac is amazingly calm and protected from it. There is ample free parking immediately below and in front of the flat.
