In a short 5 minute walk you can be sitting with your toes in the sand and staring out at Lake Winnipesaukee. Go catch a concert just a 3 min. ride. Main Level: Provides 2 cozy living rooms, a large open concept eat-in Kitchen with plenty of seating options and an office work station, formal dining room table seats 10, designated office with door for privacy, 1/2 bathroom, sunroom off of living room that heads out to deck to entertain outside. A Stainless Steel 4-burner Propane Grill for your cooking pleasure along with utensils. A gazebo (with mosquito curtains) covers a new high top wicker table set with center fire-seats 6. A L-shaped wicker couch set with cushion provides 8 seats. Upstairs Level: All mattresses are new memory foam for your comfort:) In the hallway you will find a leather sofa to enjoy some rest. 2 Queen bedrooms each with plenty of bureau/closet space, TV, and a conjoining full bathroom tub/shower combo. King bedroom with a full closet and some drawer space, TV, and it's own full bathroom tub/shower combo. Oversized Master bedroom en-suite with King bed, Daybed/trundle providing 2 Twin mattresses holding weight up to 250 lbs. each (if you want privacy we can also move this set to the main level office room located next to 1/2 bath ), relax in an oversized chair or the leather chaise lounge as you watch the 60" curved HDTV. Enjoy the newly finished Master bath with soaking tub and tiled stand up shower. Next you will love the large walk-in closet for placing all your belongings. Basement Level: Enjoy a workout with gym-weight set, treadmill, exercise ball, yoga mat and boxing bag. Infrared Sauna to relax Pool Table, mini fridge, couch, oversized chair, 2 massage chair recliners, bucket chair and small table w/3 chairs. Our home is very close to all the attractions: 5 min. walk to the private Association beach on Lake Winnipesaukee wrist bands must be worn in order to attend as a guest 10 max ppl.
