Orchard apartment Cosy studio and lovely garden

Comfortable studio apartment, with private enclosed garden. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room, double bed, space for a child’s bed or cot. Dogs very welcome. In the pretty village of Brownshill, near Stroud in the South Cotswolds. Private parking, with steps down to the apartment. Lovely dog friendly pub 10 minutes walk away, Stroud is a 15 minute drive with its famous Saturday morning market. Much to explore in the immediate area with Bath and North Cotswolds just an hour away. The space The apartment has parking for one car. From the parking space there is a flight of steps which makes it unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Entry is through a greenhouse porch which will have vegetable plants in it during the summer. Guests are welcome to pick any ripe vegetables in the porch and garden. The flat is cool in summer and has electric heating which makes it cosy in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper. There will be milk in the fridge when you arrive. The garden has a large table and chairs outside the french doors and is for guests sole use. It is fully fenced, 4ft at its lowest. If there is anything you need during your stay, we are nearby and will do everything we can to make your stay a great experience. Guest access The garden is a great space for relaxing and unwinding after a days sightseeing. Dogs and children can stretch their legs and the french doors open onto a patio area with a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. Only our guests have access to the garden, although we might need to water the greenhouse on hot days. We always try to do this when you are out. Other things to note We don't charge for cleaning so we ask that our guests leave our place clean and tidy. If you need an early check in or late check out please ask, we will do our best to meet your needs.
