In the heart of Steinhagen, the newly renovated "Haus am Park" offers accommodation with 5 rooms for up to 8 people. Free: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, coffee, tea, parking spaces. Fully equipped shared kitchen, tea kitchen, shared bathrooms, basement with washing machine and dryer, terrace with barbecue and a park-like garden. Come here to relax and unwind under the 300-year-old oak tree in the garden. The space You are renting a double room with a sloping roof in the house by the park. The view is to the southeast into a quiet garden. The room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an illuminated desk secretary as a cozy workplace, a leather armchair for relaxing, a large wardrobe and a sideboard. Bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel, tea and coffee, as well as a welcome refreshment are included. Guest access Access to the house in the park is via an individual door code. Each room is lockable with a personal security key. Other things to note Smoking The house is a non-smoking house. A cozy smoking area can be found in the garden on the terrace. Animals Since we also accommodate guests who have allergic reactions to animal hair, animals are unfortunately not allowed in our house. Final cleaning For longer-term bookings (from the eighth night), we charge a final cleaning fee of €100 including VAT. The fee is payable upon receipt.
