On a south-facing slope above the charming village of Villa Viani, we have created a little paradise in recent years, which you can now rent. The space The house has room for 6 guests. Ideal for a family or close friends. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor separated by a glass wall and door with a large curtain that can be drawn. The first floor has a beautiful balcony with access from both rooms. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic view of mountains and sea. In the living room is a sofa bed, dining area and a new kitchen. Furthermore, a bathroom. During the summer months, life is enjoyed on the huge terrace and in the pool. From the kitchen, you can serve food out of the windows onto the terrace, or you can use our lovely outdoor kitchen, which has both 2 x gas burners, gas grill and normal barbecue. We almost only cook here. At the same time, you get the most fantastic view when you stand and stir the pot and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a wonderful view from the outdoor shower. In addition to the house and the terrace, we have approx. 1 hectare of olive trees that you can explore. And we make our own oil and olives that you can buy. Of course, we have lots of good tips for sights, beaches, restaurants and other events in the area. This is the real Liguria and must be experienced. The area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and running. The place is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. The drive to the house can be a challenge, so before you book the house, I will send a video recording of the way up so you can assess whether the place is for you. Large cars are not recommended. Since this place is completely by itself, there are also things that you must be instructed in when you rent the house. The water pump can stop, rubbish must be delivered a little down the road and other challenges can arise. It is important that you understand this before renting.
