The Il Gatto Ombrellaio holiday home is located just a few minutes' drive from the center of Stresa, the pearl of Lake Maggiore. Located between two prestigious golf courses, at the foot of the Mottarone peak and perfectly connected to the surrounding area thanks to the toll-free highway, the house offers a quiet stay in the countryside and an ideal starting point for excursions and adventures; the commercial parks of Gravellona Toce, with many shops, are easily accessible. The space Located on the slopes of the Mottarone, just above Stresa, is the house "Il Gatto Ombrellaio", an old independent cottage that has been completely renovated. This house, with private access from the public road, is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a dedicated dining area, a kitchen, a hallway, and a storage room. Going up to the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed (consisting of a lower double bed and an upper single bed), another hallway and a bathroom. Both bedrooms offer access to the large balcony. In front of the house there is a small grassy courtyard, completely fenced. The large free public parking lot is a short walk from the house; the parking lot is visible from the window of the bedroom with a double bed.
