Saint-Mélany is located in the beautiful valley of the river "De Drobie". It is a paradise for hikers and people who like to relax. The cottage itself is part of 5 vacation homes built on the flank, each with its own terrace and the necessary privacy. There is a large communal swimming pool of 6.5 meters by 13.5 meters. Furthermore, there is a petanque field. The river is located in the valley, a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. The space House with basic kitchen equipped with large refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Furthermore, a living room with dining table and sofa. The house has two bedrooms. A mezzanine with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. A room with two bunk beds. The house is therefore ideally suited for a family with up to 4 children. The house has a sunny terrace with a parasol, garden furniture, barbecue and covered terrace. Other things to note The house is ideal for people who love peace and nature and is equipped with all basic amenities. The swimming pool is shared with the other tenants, but it is rarely to never busy because the river is close and not everyone is on site continuously. Saint-Mélany is relatively remote. The nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away by car. Bedding and bath and hand towels must be provided by yourself for the time being. There are two bunk beds (4 single mattresses) and a double bed of 160x200 cm. Pillows and down comforters are provided. There is a café/restaurant in the village itself. The washing machine is in a common storage room. Travel cot, high chair, children's pool and potty can be used free of charge on request.
