Thank you for your interest and understanding. The space About the Apartments: Our apartments are in the 1+1 concept and include a living room, bedroom, American kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Each has a capacity of 45 m² and accommodates up to 4 people. There are two beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The air conditioner in the bedroom is sufficient to cool and heat the entire apartment. The kitchenette has basic necessities such as pots, pans, plates and glasses. Our pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Sunbeds and lounging areas are designed for your comfort. We offer a comfortable stay with free Wi-Fi, regular cleaning service and 24-hour reception. With our central location, we aim to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience while providing easy access to the city's attractions. Other things to note Important information: - Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11 am. You can contact us for different times. - A ₺1000 deposit is taken at check-in depending on the situation. The apartment is checked at check-out and if there is no problem, it is returned on the same day. (Towels, Sheets, Stains that do not come off, Kitchen Supplies, Smoking, Leaving the apartment excessively dirty) - If you want your apartment cleaned, hang the GREEN card on the outside handle of the door. Our cleaning team will come to your apartment at a convenient time until 5 pm. - Towels and sheets are changed every three days; white towels are not used for the pool and sea. - For the washing machines in the corridors, please contact the reception, the fee is ₺150. - Free internet speed: 16 Mbps. - There are no duvets on the beds, only quilts and blankets. - The kitchens have a pan, a pot, four plates, four bowls and four glasses as standard. The stoves are induction, only steel pans and pots can be used. - There is an affordable supermarket next door. - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms; it is allowed on the balconies. - To prevent unpleasant odors in the apartments, cooking FISH or other products that leave strong odors is not allowed. - We kindly ask you to leave your apartment tidy when you leave.
