The space This two bedroom/one bath open concept home sits right on the water. There is a private dock. The home has one neighbor, but the fire pit area is secluded. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, porch, dock, fire pit area, multi-use trail and use of the lake. Please note that use of the lake and property is AT YOUR OWN RISK; host and landowners will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries. It is a natural glacial lake and may have obstacles in the water, please use caution. Guests may bring a boat, kayaks, jet ski, seaplane, paddle board, efoil boards, ect. *no wave boats allowed* Multi-use trail can accommodate walking, biking, atv/utv. Other things to note Stoneboro Lake, as the locals call it, is the home to 3 short term rental properties, seasonal rentals and single family residences. Week days throughout the summer there are very few people on the water (you may be the only one out there!) but because the lake is not open for public use, weekends never get overly crowded either.
