"Golden Bamboo" is a boutique homestay with five studio apartments, each designed in a unique style. This lush green property offers you chillout areas like lawn and terrace with Mussoorie view on one side and Shivalik mountain range on the other bringing you resort style living with earthy, breezy and joyful atmosphere. The property is just 1 km from ISBT and 2 kms from the railway station. Car parking, High speed Wifi, City centre location etc makes this property one of the best in town. The space As the name "Tree House" suggests, the studio apartment is surrounded by trees (Leechi, Mango, Sheesham) on all sides giving you tree view from all the windows and you can hear a lot of birds chirping as well as squirrels running on the roof. Interiors are all Wood. Wooden floor, wooden walls and wooden furniture with floral curtains give this studio a unique and well coordinated esthetics. Anyone who likes to stay in a wooden cottage, close to nature, birds, squirrels etc would love the feel of this studio. Attached washroom and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle etc adds comfort to your stay. This studio is on the first floor. Note: There is construction work going on in the adjacent property and therefore the view from the main window is compromised. Sometimes it can be little noisy as well at any time in the day or night. Keeping these shortcomings in mind, we have already lowered the prices and any further refunds/ discounts will not be entertained based on these factors. Guest access Guest have access to the common front area (anytime) covered with pebbles, lawn area (2pm - 6am) at the backside of the property, terrace (anytime) with Mussoorie view on one side and Shivalik mountain range on the other, waiting lounge area (anytime), washing area (anytime) and dedicated clothes drying area (anytime) on the terrace. Other things to note A gentle reminder to all our guests : You are booking a Homestay and cannot expect hotel like facilities. What we are providing is already mentioned in the amenities or our description about the property, please read carefully before proceeding with the booking. Any assumptions might lead to awkward situation during your stay.
