Charming Villa Mira with pool can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children up to 12 years of age. Daily Pet Fee 20 Eur per pet to be paid in cash on the spot upon arrival. It offers outdoor pool with covered terrace, sunbathing area and an additional terrace with big stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The space This cozy villa with its rustic charm that creates warm and inviting space offers a bedroom with a double bed , another single bed in living room , one bathroom and lovely kitchen with dining area. If you are traveling with your furry family member, there are 2 dog beaches in this area. The first one is a pebble beach near Lovran (5 km from the Villa) along the coastal promenade Lungomare. The second one, also pebble beach is located between Opatija and Icici (7 km from the Villa) and is also easily accessible along the Lungomare promenade. On both of them dogs can play freely, because they are separated from the neighbouring areas by natural barriers and also from the coastal promenade by a fence. The nearest small grocery store is around 700 m from the Villa and another larger one in Icici, around 3,5km from the Villa. Guest access Nobody else can rent the villa but you. And you are THE ONLY ONES WHO ARE USING THE POOL and the area around it. The Villa is also fully fenced. Other things to note This is non smoker villa. You can smoke only outside. We politely ask you to leave the villa tidy and to take out all the garbage.
