Summer house in Karlshamn archipelago that offers a combination of the beauty of nature and comfort. With a beautiful sea view, the house is only 200 meters from the water and has its own jetty. Around the cottage there is both forest and sea, which provides endless opportunities for nature lovers. You can explore beautiful walking trails and enjoy swimming and fishing. In addition, the cottage is only 10 minutes from the center of Karlshamn. Three of the bedrooms are inside the house and the fourth bedroom is in the guest house and offers four beds. The space Summer cottage of 75 m2 divided into a kitchen with dining area for 10 people and a living room with an open fireplace. All in an open floor plan for lovely socializing. Inside the cottage, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 of 8 m2 with a wardrobe and double bed 160 cm wide. Bedroom 2 of 4 m2 with bunk bed. Bedroom 3 of 6 m2 with 160 cm double bed. On the property, there is also a 10 m2 shed with 4 beds divided into 2 bunk beds. The cottage has 2 large terraces, one facing south overlooking the sea and the other in a wonderful west-facing location with evening sun. If the sun does not warm up enough in the evening, you can start the infrared heat or fire in the fireplace. In the entrance/hall there is the small freezer and washing machine. TV and Apple TV are available for connection via tenants' own connection. The cottage has no access to the internet, nor to regular TV channels. The jetty with bathing ladder is about 200 meters from the cabin and is shared with 2 other neighboring houses. Next to the jetty there is a small, small sandy beach for children who want to swim. Guest access Lockers are marked private and we ask you to respect this. Other things to note Final cleaning, sheets and towels are not included.
