Chácara Beira Rio - NX - MT

Chácara Beira Rio is located on the banks of the Rio das Mortes in Nova Xavantina -MT. Full of greenery, quiet space, great for resting and enjoying moments with loved ones. We have 2 kayaks for guest use (no charge) and bikes (for rent). It has an outdoor pool and a private river beach. Full kitchen. Wood stove, barbecue, hammocks, beach chairs, umbrellas, volleyball net, wide lawn. 1 bedroom with ground floor (double bed) and mezzanine (3 single mattresses). The space The house consists of 1 bedroom with a mezzanine, with a double bed on the ground floor and 3 single mattresses on the mezzanine. There is a wooden staircase to access the upper part. The air-conditioning cools both rooms, and we provide a pedestal fan as well. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, in the area. The kitchen is in the area, open. Loud noise is not allowed during the day or night. We have neighbors nearby. Minimum 2 nights for booking. The farm is partly walled and partly fenced, it is a very quiet rural area, without any incidents of theft or other violence. If the guest wishes to enter before and/or leave after the indicated times, please contact us to check availability. Guest access Guests can use the entire house area, the yard, the swimming pool and the river beach. In addition to the gas stove in the house, we have a wood-burning stove in the yard, a wood-burning stove and a barbecue by the river. Other things to note Nova Xavantina is a small municipality with approximately 21,000 inhabitants, and has several beaches - Sol, Lua, Chiquito, etc. And several waterfalls - Gratidão, Saudade, Abonízia, Nascente, Bosco, etc. On Wednesdays we have a food fair in Praça da Igrejinha and on Fridays in Praça Audimar in the city center. The nearest airport is Barra do Garças, 150 km away.
