This apartment with lake view is only about 50 m from the shore of Lake Traun. The "Badeinsel" swimming area is only about 100 m away, as is the jetty of the water taxi, a boat rental and the jetty of the excursion boats. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with lake view), 1 living room (with lake view), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a large terrace with lake view. On the first floor of the same house is a small supermarket to buy groceries. The space The apartment consists of a living room with lake view (with a sofa + a sofa bed, TV, table) and access to the terrace with lake view, a bedroom with double bed and lake view, a bedroom with double bed and single bed (without lake view), a toilet, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen (with oven & baking oven, dishes, pots, cutlery, coffee maker). Access is possible at the back of the house via 8 steps (not at ground level). On the terrace there is a table with chairs and a bench, 2 sun loungers & an outdoor couch. The nearest ski resort is the "Feuerkogel" ski resort - 10 minutes by car (6 km). The bus to Ebensee leaves from in front of the house. The cultural capital of Bad Ischl & the local thermal bath is about 20 minutes away by car.
