Welcome to Neav, a beautiful property nestled near the Wayanad mountains, where breathtaking views paint every corner of this getaway. Along with splashing around in the relaxing pool, you can spend all day admiring Kerela's majestic greenery. A few minute's drive up from the house lies a lively village, Kakkadampoyil, dotted with restaurants, stores, and more. The property also hosts a waterfall and scenic hiking paths. The space The property accommodates 10 people, 6 in the main house, and 4 in both the cottages (extra charges). Amenities include a pool, a waterfall, and hiking route, along with a village a few minutes from the house. A kitchen is available for guests to use, however there is an option of ordering food from one of the restaurants in the village, and we can have it delivered to you for a small fee. Guest access Guests have access to all amenitites, including a pool, kitchen, outdoor shower, and more Cottages are an extra charge of 2500 per night. Other things to note - Cleaning fee- 700 Per Day - Cottage charges= 2500 per night -Food can be delivered to you for an additional price of 20% Per order - Pick up\drop off can be enabled for the following price - Innova / Ertiga= 4000 -Other Cars= 3000 -Main house= 8000 per night
