Our house, with a living area of 110 m2, offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our house, with a living area of 110 m2, offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The home features a beautiful backyard 25 meters deep, ideal for outdoor activities and relaxation. Ground floor: Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a large, open space in which the kitchen, dining room and living room seamlessly merge. The open kitchen is a real eye-catcher, equipped with modern appliances such as a Quooker tap for direct boiling water, a Bora hob with integrated extraction system, an oven, dishwasher, spacious fridge and separate freezer. All our kitchen utensils, spices, oil, butter and more are at your disposal, as well as garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. The kitchen bar with cooking island is perfect for cozy conversations while cooking. Adjacent you will find the dining room with a large table where six people can dine comfortably. The dining room also has a large wall cabinet filled with various board games, perfect for an evening of entertainment. The living room is cozy and spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch LG OLED TV. Enjoy your favorite movies and series on Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. Extras: Our coffee corner is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother, so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee every morning. Making tea is easy with the Quooker boiling water tap. Bedrooms and bathrooms: Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space for your luggage. Although the bathroom and toilet have not yet been renovated, they are clean and functional, equipped with all the basics. Outdoor space: The backyard is a true paradise, with 25 meters of depth it offers plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors. Guest access In principle, our entire house is at your disposal. On the second floor, we have only closed the study to place our own personal belongings. In addition, we have also closed off a part of the attic for our personal belongings. So you have access to all other rooms, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and backyard. We hope you will feel at home here and enjoy all the available amenities. ----- In principle, our entire house is at your disposal. On the first floor, we have only the study room locked to store our personal belongings. Additionally, we have also locked a part of the attic for our personal belongings. You will have access to all other areas, including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and back yard. We hope you will feel at home here and enjoy all the available amenities. Other things to note Please be aware that this is our own home, and we would appreciate it if you handled our belongings carefully. We have a good relationship with the neighbors and would like to keep it that way. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low and not to cause a nuisance.
