Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this waterfront cedar cabin located on the Umpqua River. Fish for salmon, steelhead, bass, and sturgeon year around from this location. The space Our family calls this place “the cabin”. Built in the 70’s, this rustic cabin will take you back in time. It’s perfectly located for every amazing outdoor adventure the coast range can offer. Roosevelt Elk, Blacktail deer, black bear and wild turkey abound. The Umpqua river is a world famous fishing destination with winter and summer steelhead, fall and spring chinook salmon, coho salmon, striped, smallmouth and largemouth bass as well as monster sturgeon all swim in our river. The cabin is a scenic 25 minute drive along the river to Reedsport, Oregon and the “Oregon Dunes National Monument” with miles and miles of sand dunes to ride quads, dune buggies or sand rails on. Wine Tours, hiking trails, beach combing, crabbing, clamming, bike riding and more all await you and your family. Other things to note Main entrance is on the second floor. Keys will be located in the lock boxes next to entrances on each floor. Access codes to boxes will be provided prior to check-in. This is a riverfront property. There is river access with signed waiver only. We can provide information on at least two river access locations nearby as well.
