Easy access to Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, beaches, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, kite boarding, shopping, tourism. The space Peaceful two bedroom, renovated cottage with One-bathroom, includes full kitchen, open concept dining/living room, beautiful fire pit and cozy deck to enjoy a summer meal. Comfortable bedrooms with dressers and closets in each bedroom. Bedding and towels are not provided. The cottage has one queen bed and two twin beds. Kitchen and hand towels are available. Toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, dish soap, fire wood (bring kindling) are available for your use. 'Please remember sunscreen and bug spray. Please be respectful of our neighbourhood. Music and voices carry easily, so please do your part and enjoy the property quietly. No parties or events. Cottage is on a septic system. Only toilet paper to be placed in toilet. Nothing down the drain. Sand point well. Water is tested regularly and is safe to use, however there is a water cooler available for your enjoyment. Other things to note Please remember your bedding and towels. Hand and kitchen towels are available. This is a quiet, peaceful cottage. No partying or events. No smoking inside the cottage.
