The space This Guests Suite is a a part of a Large House that has 4 bedrooms | 2 kitchens | 2 bathrooms | 3 living rooms | 1 study | 2 laundry | 6 parkings. It is close to Sackville school in Ingleburn. The suite offers a generously sized bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, built-in wardrobe, remote-controlled dimmable ceiling light, fan and heater, touch lamps, and a height-adjustable table with lamp & chair thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. It includes an attached bathroom with toilet and washing machine, as well as a fully equipped attached kitchen with essential utensils, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and a coffee machine. For relaxation and evening ambience, the lounge room features a two-seater recliner, a 55" Smart QLED TV with Australian channels and complimentary Netflix, and an RGB LED floor lamp with remote control - perfect for night-time TV viewing or unwinding. The lounge room is also equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioner and a box fan, while the bedroom includes a tower fan and heater to ensure year-round comfort. Please note that the ducted air conditioning system is not available to guests. Designed with comfort and wellbeing in mind, the suite includes a treadmill as well for guests who value health and routine, so they can stay active and maintain fitness throughout their stay. Clarity: It is an L shaped house. 3 bedrooms w/ 1BA are in the host side and 1 bedroom w/ 1BA in the guest side. The guests and hosts will be living under the same roof on two ends with complete privacy. It's not a granny flat. Bus can take you to the nearest Ingleburn Train station. Easy! Our place is close to Sackville school ingle. Guest access Guests have private access with private bedroom, private kitchen, private living room and private bathroom. Enjoy Netflix and Australian channels in your private lounge space. No spaces shared. It is meant for 2 adults only. Self check in available for late check in or convenience. *House rules is expected to be followed.* Other things to note Non negotiable house rules for guests: - Upto two adults only - Not pet friendly, sorry due to hosts being allergic (!) - Turn off heater, lights, fans and appliances when not in use (!) - Keep doors and windows closed when heating or cooling is on (!) and open for better ventilation - Lock doors and windows when leaving the property (!) - Take their shoes off within the space (!) - Respect quiet hours during 10pm - 8am (!) - Only registered guests are allowed in the accommodation (!) - No smoking inside the premises (!) - Please keep the bathroom clean and dry after use - Please clean up kitchen immediately after cooking and eating. Wash and put away dishes, and wipe down countertops and appliances - Maintain a tidy room, keeping personal items organized.
