Stay connected with fast wifi or unplug - it's up to you. With a hot shower, flush-able toilet and full kitchen this cottage isn't lacking in amenities. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The space The cottage is a quick three minute walk to the lakefront. It’s the perfect place to launch your kayaks or canoe or to throw a blanket down and watch the sunset. Back at the cottage, enjoy an evening campfire in the backyard and roast some marshmallows! When it’s time for bed: cozy up in one of our two loft bedrooms or on the pull out couch downstairs. Our kitchen is complete with all the tools you need to make a great breakfast, quick lunch or gourmet dinner - including a full size fridge to keep your ingredients chilled till you need them. During your downtime: choose from lounging outside on a lawn chair, the downstairs living room by the fireplace, or upstairs loft living room with tv remote in hand. If you’ve got work that can’t wait we have a comfy desk for you to get to all those emails. Xplorenet brings the fastest rural internet available to cottage life. Hot showers and a flushable toilet are a luxury you can enjoy from the comforts of the three piece bathroom. Don’t forget about the nearby trails for hiking and atv-ing or take some of the equipment over to the baseball diamond for a pick-up game. Guest access You have full use of the entire cottage, yard and outdoor equipment. Other things to note We are so excited to host you! Here are a few things to keep in mind when staying at the cottage. The water is trucked in - please be conservative when possible. Our staircase is a bit steep, watch your step and take extra caution when going to and from the loft. No parties allowed - our neighbours respect us and we like to give them the same courtesy. If you have a fire in the backyard - do not leave it unattended. When you're done soak it, stir it and soak it again. Please be considerate of our neighbours and please tidy the place up when you leave:)
