Casa del Medio is a newly constructed 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse tucked away on a private paved road. Centrally located in the heart of North Guiones, and only a short walk to nature trails (2 minutes), restaurants (5 minutes), shops (6 minutes) and the beach (12 minutes). The space The house has 4 bedrooms in total, one on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. The first floor has an open kitchen, living room and dining area. There is also a bedroom and bathroom with direct access to both the bedroom and living areas. The second floor has a master bedroom with a balcony and an en suite bathroom and the 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor share a separate bathroom. Guest access Guests can let themselves in with the keys located in the lockbox. We recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox during your stay so everyone in your party has access to the house even if you decide to do separate activities.
