Just minutes from CU, Pearl Street, and scenic trails, it’s the perfect base for adventure. After a day out, soak in the backyard hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars. The sunny yard with cozy seating makes it easy to relax, recharge, and enjoy beautiful Boulder. The space This cheerful suite is part of our family home, designed to give guests both comfort and privacy. We do live here and you may hear us from time to time. You’ll have a separate entrance, private full bath, and a quiet 1-bedroom space to yourself. Outside, enjoy the shared backyard retreat with a hot tub, fire pit, and patio seating, available daily until 10 p.m. The hot tub is shared with us, your hosts, but we’re happy to coordinate use so you have time to soak and relax. On-site parking makes coming and going easy, and guests staying three nights or more may request access to laundry while we’re home. We live on-site and are glad to answer questions or offer recommendations, while always respecting your privacy. Guest access Guests have a private 1-bedroom suite with dedicated bath and separate entrance. You’ll also enjoy the backyard amenities — hot tub, fire pit, and patio seating — plus free on-site parking. The hot tub is available daily until 10pm and is a shared space with your hosts; we’re happy to coordinate use so you have time to soak and relax. Guests staying three nights or more may request laundry access while the hosts are home. During your stay This is a family home and we will likely be around if you need anything. We look forward to welcoming you to Boulder! Other things to note We share our home with a friendly Golden Retriever, named Annie, and a sweet cat, named Luna. To be sensitive to guests with allergies, neither pet is allowed to access the Airbnb space. Luna is also a hypoallergenic cat who has a special diet to significantly reduce allergens.
