Villa Paraiso with Private Pool

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Down the road is a nice park for the little ones. The Villa boasts 3 bedrooms, a solarium from where you can see the sea and the town of Alicante and a large garden with private pool and a bbq/bar area. The lovely beaches of Costa Blanca are a 5 minute ride or 20 minute walk away. The space The Villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two individual beds and a 3rd bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed. If desired, a sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed. The bottom condo is occupied by the property manager, but you will have full private access to the pool area. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, as well as the living room. In the summer period, there is a train that takes you to the beach and shopping areas. Walking distance from the house is a square with restaurants and a supermarket and a bit further down the road are several more restaurants and supermarkets. Guest access The bottom apartment is occupied by Victor, the property manager, but guests have full access to the Villa itself and private access to the pool and patio area.
