Perfect location for quick access to everything StL. Come home to a peaceful and spacious smokefree property. Sit on the patio and watch deer and squirrels running around. The main area is large and open concept. Bedrooms are big and comfortable, with their own fireplace heater. There is plenty of closet room. Laundry room included with a folding table and an iron. Spacious bathroom with a large shower with a seat! The Walkway to the frontdoor is down a small incline. please see pictures. The space Master BR has a King Bed and a walk-in closet. A Fireplace heater (or just use it for the ambiance) A smart FireTV. Extra linens in the closet. The 2nd BR has a Queen Bed, closet and dresser. A Fireplace heater and a TV with a Smart Sound-bar. Extra linens in the closet The main area is open concept and has a Smart TV, fireplace heater, Leather couch that pulls out to a Queen bed, a Futon that sleeps 2 and two leather recliners. Kitchen is a full kitchen with all the modern appliances. It has a Bar with 3 seats, Keurig. All the dishes and cookware you will need. There will be some stock kitchen items as well. Plenty of storage room if you plan to stay for awhile. The bathroom has a large shower with a seat and a nice sink with some storage underneath. All your towels etc.. are included Also a hairdryer. Guest access You have full use of the space. The laundry room is shared but no one will be in there during your stay. We just hold a few items there on the shelves and also our smoker. Other things to note I can make up the extra beds (Futon and pullout Couch) before you arrive if you let me know you will be needing them.
