Cosy flat in the Historic Heart of Paris

Apartment of 42m2 very bright and very friendly in the heart of the «Marais». Located in the historic center of Paris, 5 min by walk to the Picasso Museum, 7 min to the Seine which will take you to the Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame, and just 2min to the Georges Pompidou Museum. The place is located in one of the liveliest places in Paris, surrounded by restaurants, fashion shops, art galleries, theatre and cinema. There is no AC in the building, just a dyson cooling fan. The space Possibility to accommodate 4 people with 1 queen size bed in a bright room separated by a sliding door and a convertible bed (really good quality). The bathroom has a good size but The toilets are small. Small balcony with table available to have a small morning coffee without screws. Towels will be at your disposal. Washing machine and other necessary appliances to enjoy a pleasant and friendly stay in the City of light. 5th floor with elevator. Guest access The building is historic heritage of Paris. But we are lucky we have a small elevator. Some stairs before the elevator. Other things to note I am a new host but a older guest in Airbnb.
