Welcome to my year-round house at the foot of Öjeberget. With Järvsöbacken's 6-seater chairlift, Järvsö Mountain Bike Park, Järvzoo and the village within walking distance. The house is close to shops, restaurants, Ljusnan and the wide range of activities Järvsö has to offer. Also nearby is Järvsö's illuminated trail for cross-country skiing in winter and running in summer. Paddle trails, indoor and outdoor. The house has 2 floors of 85 m2 with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. Three balconies and a creek running through the plot. The space The house is my private home that I rent out when I work elsewhere. There are several patios and plenty of space for families and groups of friends. Kitchen and living room with tiled stove on the entrance level. Two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed in both rooms and two single beds in one of the bedrooms, 6 beds. There is storage to lock in skis and bicycles, as well as bicycle washing. Wi-Fi and Chromecast. Guest access Entrance floor and upper floor, as well as basement.
