Charming stone house with private pool,

We rent our family home (which we are restoring with passion) in the heart of the Périgord Vert, with a private 5 x 2 (salt water) swimming pool that is unheated and unfenced, with its pool house, on a large wooded property by the river. The space Rental 7 nights minimum (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday). We welcome you to our Family House in a charming riverside hamlet. In the heart of the green Périgord, a region where it's good to live, between nature and gastronomy. The house has 3 renovated bedrooms, each equipped with new double bedding (140x200) Access to the house is via the veranda and its winter lounge. On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen that opens to the living room as well as an independent dining room with access to the garden and pool as well as a bathroom (shower and wc) On the 1st floor you will find 2 pretty bedrooms that open to a terrace overlooking the countryside as well as a bathroom (bathtub) + wc On the 2nd floor you will find an adorable bedroom with a velux. Amenities: Refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, TV, hair dryer. Utility Room with washing machine. Private salt pool (5x10) and Pool house, BBQ, sunbeds, garden furniture For safety reasons (swimming pool not fenced but equipped with a regulatory safety cover that must be closed morning and evening), we prefer to avoid renting the house to families with small children. Thank you for your understanding. Ideal house for a relaxing holiday in nature, if you have bikes do not hesitate, a barn will be at your disposal for them. Free WiFi Baby equipment: high chair and crib (on request) We provide you with a ping pong table and petanque balls. Our rate includes linens (sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels) as well as beds made on arrival Pool towels are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning package €130 (excluding dishes that must be washed and stored) Our house is unfortunately not suitable for hosting people with reduced mobility, it is non-smoking, We love pets but cannot accept them. Parties are forbidden Outdoor guests are not allowed without the consent of the owners. Close to many outings and village discoveries: Brantôme or "the Venice of Périgord" and its beautiful Abbey, the charming village of Saint Jean de Cole, the castle and the village of Bourdeilles, the castle of Puyguilhem, the caves of Villars, Périgueux is 35 minutes away and there is a charming city center with old alleys. Canoeing, tennis, tree climbing, cycling, there's plenty to do Every Friday morning, the Brantôme market will introduce you to the flavors of Périgord and its small local producers. Shops and services Bakery, post office, pharmacy and doctor's office 7 min away. Supermarket with gas station, butchers-charcukers, vegetables on the farm 10 min away. We are happy to share our tips with you ☺️ Guest access The entire house, pool and large grounds are at your entire disposal. External guests are allowed only after agreement of the owners. The pool technician may need to come to check the pool level and ensure the pH is okay, especially during long rentals and hot weather.
