Palm Tree House at The Villages

Enjoy your days and evenings sitting in the secluded back yard with the swaying palm trees. We are nestled between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golf courses, swimming pools, recreation centers, and so much more. Enjoy the nightly music from 5-9 p.m. in the Town Squares. There is a golf cart on the premises that can be used with prior approval by owner. A golf cart agreement must be signed. The space Fully furnished 2 BR/2 BA, Florida room, fenced courtyard, and golf cart garage in the Villa of San Antonio. Master BR has a King size bed, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. The 2nd BR has a Queen size bed and a large closet. The 2nd BA is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom. Guest access The morning of your arrival you'll receive the code to enter the house.There is parking for one car in the driveway. Additional parking is located in two Visitor lots within the Villa. Please do not park in the street in front of the house. Other things to note For stays exceeding 27 days, guests must sign a separate lease agreement with the host.There is a golf cart that can be used with prior approval from owner. A golf cart waiver must be signed. This is a 55 + community. IDs are required to participate in any of the amenities. IDs must be ordered by host. There are two different type of IDs. Guest ID: free and allows access to all amenities, except the sports pools, championship golf courses, and the woodworking shop. There will be a charge for some activities such as golf, tennis, and other amenities. Temporary Resident ID: $50 per couple for the length of stay and allows access to all amenities. Two Temporary Resident IDs are permitted per household. If there are more than 2 people renting a home, then the remainder of guests can apply and receive the free guest passes. Additional information is required for us to order the Guest and Temporary Resident IDs. Please plan accordingly, it might take up to one week for passes to be processed by The Villages. The Guest IDs can be picked up Monday-Friday 7a.m.-10p.m. at the La Hacienda Recreation Center located at 1200 Avenida Central. Temporary IDs can be picked up at the Spanish Springs Sales Center located at 1120 Main St. You will need to pay the $50 processing fee. We have a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. We do not have cable so feel free to use your own streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, etc. Our HOA only allows small dogs up to 40 pounds maximum. Each household is allowed two.
