Metro, Loblaws and Farm Boy grocers and restaurants nearby. *6 mo+ rental preferred The space 1BDRM + 1 BATH Condo Includes: - Furnished, bed + Cutlery, pots/pans/plates - Wifi - Washer & Dryer - Dishwasher - Gym & Pool in building - Metro Grocery store, Farm Boy & Loblaws, Dollarama and Rexall, Shoppers Drug Mart in walking distance Doesn't Include: - Disposable toiletries i.e. shampoos, toilet paper, toothpaste/brush, dishwasher liquid and soaps. If you would like to use your own towels or blankets please let me know. Other things to note There is a $150 replacement fee if the key or fob is lost and the door needs to be opened. Any additional overnight guests are $25/night.
