NEW Lakefront Home with Hot Tub

Situated on the water's edge of Arrowhead Lake, this brand new, custom built home offers a unique, luxury getaway for those seeking a stay with all that lakefront living has to offer. Perfectly set up for a romantic getaway for two, The Lakehouse on Arrowhead was created to provide a space for couples to rest and reconnect while enjoying gorgeous lake views from both inside and out. The spacious deck is just steps from your own private dock which allows you to kayak at your leisure. The space The Lakehouse at Arrowhead is located within the gated, award winning Arrowhead Lake Community in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. In addition to having your own private dock with access to our kayaks, you will have access to four beaches with picnic and playground areas, three heated outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), numerous tennis and basketball courts, and a charming, rustic lodge with fitness room, library, pool tables, and more. We include all community fees in our nightly rate! Please note that we do not allow any children on this property. It is only for two adults. Please take note that there is a new home being built right next to ours in the Spring of 2025. You may hear some construction noise during your stay although they are trying to keep it to a minimum as much as possible. Construction in the community is only allowed M-F from 7-5 so this will not affect any weekend stays. Designed with your comfort in mind, our home is filled with a curated collection of both new and vintage furnishings to provide you a memorable stay with the hope that you leave with memories that will last a lifetime. Living Room~ With a cathedral ceiling soaring to 32 feet at it's peak, this space is flooded with natural light coming in through the floor to ceiling windows. A comfortable sofa with ottoman sits in front of the gas fireplace that provides warmth and ambiance while listening to your favorite vinyl record on the Victrola record player. Dining Room~ Enjoy indoor dining with an incredible view while seated at an antique dining table sourced from a favorite antique shop in South Carolina. Kitchen~ Small but outfitted with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, our custom kitchen provides you with a full sized gas range, dishwasher, microwave, iio refrigerator, and a full set of Caraway cookware. We provide five different brewing methods for your morning cup of coffee along with freshly roasted coffee beans sourced from a local roaster. Master Bedroom~ The master suite includes a queen bed with a Purple Plus Mattress and 100% luxury cotton sheets that are made in the southern USA with cotton grown in Alabama. Take a soak in the copper tub while enjoying the lake view through the floor to ceiling windows. A smart Samsung Frame TV is included in the master suite. A sliding patio door provides access to the outdoor deck with the hot tub located just steps away. Master Bathroom~ Designed specifically for couples, the master bath boasts a custom double vanity along with a double tiled shower. A closet is included to provide space for hanging clothing as well as a luggage rack. Luxury body care products as well as towels and washcloths are provided. Loft Area~ The open loft area provides a gorgeous panoramic view of the lake! With leather loungers, a smartTV/DVD player, a cabinet loaded with games, books, puzzles, and adult coloring books, the loft is your go-to space on those cozy, rainy or snowy days. WIFI~ Free fast WIFI is available for your convenience. Laundry Room~ A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry soap is included. Outdoor deck~ Step outside and you will find several different spots to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and view of Arrowhead Lake. Relax under the covered porch area on comfortable outdoor seating or dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table during the warmer months. The deck also includes two sun lounge chairs for those preferring the sunshine. A gas grill also is located on the deck. The hot tub is located just steps away and is available year round for your convenience. Outdoor fire pit~ Roast a marshmallow or grill your burgers over the Breeo fire pit while enjoying the lake view from two adirondack chairs. Dock~ Enjoy your own personal dock along with the option to use our double kayak or two single kayaks. Try your hand at fishing off the dock but remember to bring your own bait! The options are endless! The minimum age to rent our home is 25 years of age. Guest access Aside from a few locked closets and rooms, guests have full access to all the areas listed on our listing. After registering with the Arrowhead Lake Community upon your arrival, guests will be able to access all the amenities listed in the community. Our home is situated on 1/10 of an acre. Feel free to explore our small slice of paradise, but be respectful of our neighbors and stay off of their property! Other things to note It is IMPORTANT to note that our home is located within the private, gated community of Arrowhead Lake. All community fees are INCLUDED in our nightly rate. We will reach out to you after you complete your booking to collect all the needed information to register you with the Arrowhead Lake Community such as vehicle and guest information. Please note that we do not allow any children or pets at this property. It is for two adults only. Please be aware that our home is within a community that offers a large variety of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. By booking our home, you understand amenities are not guaranteed. Please understand any Arrowhead Lake Community amenities are provided by the community and not by us as the host. We are not able to issue any refunds for any amenity offered by Arrowhead Lake Community that is unavailable for any part of your stay. Our home was specifically designed for couples only. No children. No pets. No parties. Commercial photography available upon request. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The 3 heated pools in the Arrowhead Lake Community are usually open starting Memorial Day Weekend and close for the season on Labor Day. Pool hours are subject to change by Arrowhead Lake Community Association so please reach out to us if you have questions about the pool hours.
