The house at Quiet Hills is located at the end of a 1/2 mile drive in one of Virginia's most beautiful valleys. There are spectacular views of the mountains and farm from all areas of the 155 acre property. The house is in wine country with Revelation Vineyard just down the road and Early Mountain Vineyard a 15 minute drive from the farm. The Robinson River adjoins the property and offers fishing from bank or guided fly fishing tours with Middle River Outfitters. Please note when booking. The space The house offers 4 bedrooms with the basement suite being the ONLY pet friendly room, for an additional fee. There is a full basement with a pool table, ping pong table, cornhole and crochet set to take out doors. Campfire pits and picnic tables line the property to take in the views. House also has a full kitchen, dining area, family room and sunroom with great views of the valley. The 4th bedroom in the basement does have a separate entrance, but is also accessible by stairs leading from the main floor . Guest access Guest have the house which includes 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, family room, sunroom, and basement with a pool table, ping pong table, games and books. Guest do not have access to an additional family room and living space. The family dining / living room in additional photos is available to book for an additional $500.00. Small parties bday, bridal showers, baby showers will be considered for an extra fee. Other things to note Guest can walk around the farm or to the river. Please stay out of fenced pastures and barn area.
