The beach is a minute walk from the house & the promenade stretches for miles of beach & is especially beautiful to watch the sunset . There is a private drive & a pebble beach inspired front patio area. 3 x EV chargers are available on the seafront..3 minutes away . A wooden bench is placed for your enjoyment of the morning sun at the front of the house . At the rear of the property there is a sheltered & private patio area with outdoor seating & dining area. The property has beautiful white shutters in every room throughout, giving it a ‘cottage’ feeling & the high ceilings making it feel spacious & airy ! We recommend a maximum of 5 guests for comfort , but if an extra guest is staying a £50 a night is charged. The entrance leads to a downstairs WC & a family friendly kitchen with all appliances & utensils installed. The living room consists of a dining space with an extendable table & chairs to seat 6 . 2 sofas & chairs with quirky beach inspired furniture to enhance your stay . 55” Smart TV with Netflix installed for your use . Broadband connection available to stream & work at your leisure. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom & and en-suite shower room to the main bedroom . Wardrobe & bedside table & lamp are provided. Small bedroom Has a “trundle “ bed which is a single with the facility to pull out another single for extra guest to stay or put together for a couple. The space is cramped with the extra bed would be a King or 5ft bed ..but comfortable if sleeping is all that is required . Likewise, lamp & chest of drawers & a hanging tree for clothes. There is a sofa bed suitable for 1 person for comfort available in the lounge. Useful if there is a disabled guest staying, wheelchair accessible & small downstairs toilet & sink . Guest access The cottage is available to rent as the whole property. There are 3 public EV chargers a few minutes drive away on the seafront along with FREE parking . Front door is wheelchair accessible, downstairs toilet & sink . Sofa bed in the lounge with movable screen to provide privacy. Please let us know when you book.
