Warsaw at your fingertips? Our studio is the perfect base for those who value peace and quiet. What sets us apart: * Fully equipped apartment. * Children's corner with toys. * Nowolipki - a peaceful and green district with numerous shops and restaurants. * Quick and direct public transport access: Central Station, Gdańsk Station, Old Town, National Stadium, Torwar, and Rondo Daszyńskiego. * 20 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport from Chopin Airport. You're welcome! The space The apartment is cozy, and although small, it can accommodate 4 people. 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements: A large king-size bed and a double sofa bed. If there are four of you, you can use the curtains installed around the bed for more privacy while sleeping. 🚿 Amenities: The apartment has a separate small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. If needed, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine. 📺 Features: A TV with Netflix, an extendable table (which can comfortably seat four people), a built-in glassed-in balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. 🚲 Bringing a bike? Go ahead! You can safely store it on the balcony (there's a hanging hook). The building has two elevators (one of them a freight elevator) where your bike will fit. 👶 Traveling with kids? Need a moment to relax? We've prepared a play corner for them in the apartment. In the bathroom, you'll find a foldable bathtub to wash your little one. Guest access There are two parking options available 🅿️ Street parking on Pawia and Dzielna streets: 🍀 Paid: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. 🍀 Free: From Friday at 8:00 PM to Monday at 8:00 AM. 🅿️ Paid secured parking lot: Location: On the corner of Dzielna and Okopowa streets. The parking lot is visible from the apartment windows. Cost: Approximately 8€ per day.
