Bohemian and sunny flat in beachdistance

You will find this sunny and cosy flat in walking distance to the beach and the lovely Christianshavn neighbourhood. The flat is located in a charming building from 1890 just in front of a very popular cafe, that serves the most popular brunch in Copenhagen. The location is just perfect if you want to be close to the city, but prefer to sleep in a relaxed and quiet area. The metro is a 8 minute walk away, and will take you directly to the airport or anywhere else you want to go in Copenhagen. The space My apartment is originally two separate apartments but I have made a hole in the wall between them and now it is one big 90 square meters apartment - but is still very easy to divide into two sections if you are two couples or traveling with kids/teens. There is two bedrooms and two kitchens with a dining area in the middle connecting the two apartments. Its a renovated but original old copenhagen flat. It has a lovely balcony facing the green yard for two people to sit and drink a cup of coffee, and a very small separate bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet in the apartment. There is a kitchen fully equipped with tools, where you can cook and a big fridge. There is two bedrooms. A bed room with a full doubled bed mattress and a bed room with a couch that can be turned into a doubled bed if needed. Please let me know if you need it as a double bed and I will arrange it for you. In the living room there is a big screen television with google crome cast and a playstation 4. There is a really nice common garden in the back yard with grill area and tables free to use. And a playing area with a sandbox and stuff for the kids. As I bought half of this apartment recently there is still some details to fix - eg. paint work that could be done more nicely and a small wall in the kitchen, that is still in the process of being plastered (you can see in the pictures). I work as a scenographer and you will find a lot of old props in my flat. Please treat everything as your own home :) If you are traveling with a baby, please let me know if there is stude younwant to borrow as we have a 8 month old baby Living with us. There is a baby chair, micro oven and baby bath tub in the appartment.
