Our middle lot villa is a few minutes walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars & vibrant night markets, yet quietly nestled in a comfortable neighbourhood in the heart of Batu Ferringhi. The space We clean very thoroughly to ensure everyone's safety and we encourage guests to self check-in to limit any physical contact. It's a good practice for social distancing. After each stay, we provide clean bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels. All bedrooms and the living room are fully equipped with air conditioning. We provide reliable high-speed WiFi internet with unlimited data and a work-friendly desk, so you can work comfortably. Guest access We strive to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. Our home is beautifully decorated & thoughtfully furnished, to make sure our guests feel relaxed and at home. For parking, we have secured covered car park on the front porch for 2 cars and provide free street parking with security guards on site. All amenities provided exactly as in the photos. Other things to note All bathrooms have heated rain showers, washbasins, body gel, shampoo, bidet and towels. There is also a bathtub. Clean bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are provided. Please ensure you enter the total number of guests staying over in your booking. This is so that we can best prepare for your stay. Extra guests will be charged RM50 per pax per night (for more than 12 guests). Additional bed mattress or futon bed, pillows and blankets will be provided.
